Located on the banks of a rushing river in the Red Dao ethnic minority village of Nam Cang, Sapa, Topas Riverside Lodge is a boutique resort that offers guests the chance to be immersed in the peaceful nature of the Sapa mountains.
Here you can trek in the remote, less touristed Sapa mountains, visit ethnic minority villages, or simply relax on the lodge veranda or in the cool waters of the natural river swimming pools.
The lodge is now available for private hire, with prices starting at VND800,000 per person per night including bed, breakfast and dinner.
With your group taking over the whole lodge, everything can be tailored to your needs if you have special requests. Our 15 room property including the gardens, natural pools, restaurant and veranda will be yours to enjoy privately.
Group Dining
A highlight of any group stay at Topas Riverside Lodge is the food.
Groups of friends, family or colleagues can enjoy our Sapa Hotpot with local trout from the village, served along with organic vegetables and mushrooms.
Traditional Vietnamese food feasts can also be tailored to your group’s wishes, so talk to us to create the right meals for your party.
Group Tours and Experiences
For some easy adventure, take our village tour followed by a light trek into the nearby jungle to learn about the local medicinal herbs from the local Red Dao people. This tour will be led by Mrs Phu, our resident expert in traditional medicinal herbs.
Back at the lodge the herbs collected on the walk can be used by Mrs Phu herself to make traditional Red Dao herbal baths for your group to enjoy.
Active Group Tours
Have a group that wants to get more active in the Sapa mountains? We have great trekking and cycling on the doorstep.
To combine some light adventure with great food groups can choose the Nam Pa BBQ Hut tour. Our guide will lead you on a trek for an hour into the remote Sapa mountains, seeing some of the most incredible landscapes of Vietnam. On this tour, your destination is a private BBQ hut where local food will be grilled for you beside a waterfall where you can relax or take a swim.
For more active groups we offer trail running retreats with our local running guides, many of which have taken part in the Vietnam Mountain Marathon which finishes at our sister property, the Topas Ecolodge.
Yoga Retreats are also available for groups, along with meditation and healthy food options.
